Orders

All orders made on this website are deemed offers for you to purchase our products or services. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products or services specified in your order. Prices

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges at the rate applicable as at the date these terms were last reviewed. If taxes change, then the pricing may be adjusted at the time of check out without notice to you.

Payment

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping. We accept payment by net-banking, credit card & debit card.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

Return of Products by you

Except as set out further below, we will accept the return of any products that are damaged during transit, defective, incorrectly delivered, incomplete in packaging or content, or otherwise at our discretion, subject to the condition that we are informed about any discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the products by you and provided that the products are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original or equivalent packaging.

We reserve the right toreplace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost to you or to offer you an alternate product.

The return policy is not valid for certain products such as Murtis (idols). For any issues with such products please contact customer service within 72 hours.

Changes and Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Refunds

Refund will be made within 7-10 working days of cancellation of the order or our receiving the returned products (as appropriate).

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for ordered items passes on to you upon delivery of the product to the address you have given us.

Product Description

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we give no warranty that the product description and any other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If the product offered itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return the product in its unused condition in exchange for a refund of the price paid by you.
